• MOU
  合作備忘錄

• stakeholder
  比方說：如果是在做跟 finance 有關的功能，所有會跟這個功能有關的人都算是 stakeholder

• White-label product
  白標/白牌/貼牌，指一家交易商向另一家希望成為交易商的公司提供 IT 服務，使其有自己的 LOGO 並以自有商標向客戶報價

• Look and feel
  (界面外觀)
  In software design, "look and feel" is a term used with respect to a graphical user interface and comprises aspects of its design, including elements such as colors, shapes, layout, and typefaces, as well as the behavior of dynamic elements such as buttons, boxes, and menus. Wikipedia

• hot deadline
  一定要做到的截止日期，hot 為加強語氣

• TBD: To Be Designed

• TBC: To Be Confirmed

• CTA
  Call to action

• rate limit
  有些 api 不希望被呼叫太多次，rate 可以當頻率的意思，就是限制你能夠呼叫 api 的頻率。可能會設成一分鐘內最多 60 次之類的，或是更低

• absolute url

公司組成

• 子公司
  母公司擁有股份，但不是 100% 屬於母公司（可以看成是兒子）。如果急著想要拓展當地事務，最快的作法就是找人在當地開子公司，因為海外公司來當地開分公司可能會需要過更多程序。

• 分公司
  母公司 100% 擁有分公司，ISO 共用（可以看成是手腳）

• 辦事處
  不能對外營業，如果你在當地的分公司底下都是工程師，可以開成辦事處，比分公司還要不麻煩。

• 控股公司
  可以是很多公司的母公司，常設於開曼群島、英屬維爾京群島（離岸金融中心）
